The Experience Curriculum materials and the Nutri-Sprout meal plan are included in your monthly tuition — no extra fees.

All Experience Preschool & Toddler books, flash cards, and learning materials.
Photos, milestones, and meal logs delivered to your phone via Brightwheel.
Authentic observation across 8 developmental domains, shared regularly.

Twice-daily outdoor blocks on our designed playground.
Native English + Mandarin teachers throughout the day.
Diapers, wipes, and a change of clothes — that's it.
For new enrollments only — first month based on 20 calendar days.
Three things due before your child's first day.
Prorated based on enrollment start date (using daily rate × days remaining in the month).
One-time, non-refundable fee that covers paperwork, intake, and onboarding.
Equal to 50% of one month's tuition. Refundable after 3 months of full-time enrollment with 30-day notice.
All service charges are based on the monthly rate, regardless of attendance. Sick days, vacations, and other absences are not prorated. This allows us to maintain consistent staffing and your child's spot.
If your child will be away for four weeks (20 business days) or more, a holding fee of 50% of monthly tuition retains your child's spot. If you choose not to hold the spot, a 30-day notice is required per our withdrawal policy.
$2 per minute after 5:30pm. Late fees are added to your next tuition invoice. We close at 5:30pm sharp — please plan ahead.
Your deposit is refundable after a minimum of three months of full-time enrollment, with a 30-day written withdrawal notice.
All tuition fees are subject to an annual increase, typically reviewed in the fall and effective the following calendar year. Current families receive at least 60 days' notice before any rate change.
